Official Rules for Giveaways

This policy is valid from 24 June 2017

The following rules apply to all sweepstakes (i.e. “giveaways”) on Renée at Great Peace, unless otherwise stated on an individual sweepstakes/giveaway. Official rules stated on an individual sweepstakes/giveaway supersede and replace those stated herein.

  • No purchase necessary.
  • All giveaways are void where prohibited.
  • Open only to U.S. Residents, age 18 and older.
  • The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
  • Duplicate entries will be deleted.
  • Multiple entries from the same IP address are not allowed and will also be deleted.
  • Entries must be made using the Rafflecopter widget associated with a specific giveaway.
  • No other forms of entries will be accepted.

Renée at Great Peace the blog or its author, or representatives are not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures or entries not eligible due to typographical or technical errors or the entrant’s failure to follow entry guidelines. All sweepstakes begin on the posting date and conclude on the date stated in the sweepstakes/giveaway post.

The official method of entry for all sweepstakes/giveaways is to leave a comment on the sweepstakes/giveaway post. In the event that an optional entry is provided, this will be stated in the sweepstakes/giveaway post. Winners are chosen at random using based on entries in the Raffle Copter widget.

Unless otherwise stated, winners have 72 hours from the close of the giveaway to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected. Notification of a winning entry will be made and prizes claimed by email. Renée at Great Peace the Blog or its representatives are not responsible for email relating to prize notification or claim not received.

Where applicable prizes will be shipped to the winner, via USPS within 6-10 weeks following the claimed date. Sponsored prizes will be shipped or delivery arranged through the sponsoring organization. e-Product prizes will be sent to emails provided. Allow 6-10 weeks for all prize arrangements to be completed.

By entering a giveaway, you agree to give Renée at Great Peace or it’s representatives, and/or the giveaway sponsor the right to obtain your name and address by email for the purpose of distributing the prize(s). By entering a giveaway, you agree to give Renée at Great Peace and/or the giveaway sponsors the right to publicize your name and/or likenesses for promotional purposes. Giveaway winners agree to hold harmless Renée at Great Peace, its representatives, and the giveaway sponsor in the event that the prize or sweepstakes in some way negatively impacts the winner.

Our shop, uses a 3rd party checkout system through PayPal which takes credit card information for the purposes of completing a sale. The owners of this site never see or store credit card information.
